Delete the package from the current branch and run the Pull Task again when the following conditions apply:
- When the Failed: McAfee Pull error is displayed in the ePO console
And
- The epoApsvr.log shows a failure when copying files to the previous branch
IMPORTANT: Any file that fails to copy, not just the
dat-5283.zip, can lead to the same error. It is essential to look in the
epoApsvr.log to identify the actual file that caused the Pull Task to fail. In this log, search for the word
failed to locate the file name.
Example:
VerifyFileItem: File size verification for C:\WINNT\TEMP\naiFC.tmp\00000003\<File_Name>.zip failed.
From the entry, you can identify the package that must be deleted from the current branch. In this example, a failure in
dat-5283.zip indicates that the DAT package needs deleting.
