Remove the MDR configuration from the database configuration, and then establish the trust between the Sensor and Manager:

1. Remove the MDR configuration from the database:
    
   1. Click Start, Run, type CMD, and press OK.
      • For NSM 9.1.7.75 and earlier:
        Type the following command and press Enter:
        cd <Installation Directory>\mysql\bin
         
      • For NSM 9.1.7.77 and later including 10.x, 11.x:
        Type the following command and press Enter:
        cd <Installation Directory>\MariaDB\bin (for example, c:\MariaDB\bin)
        
        NOTE: For upgrades, the default location is the previous database installation directory. 
         
   2. Type the following command and press Enter:
      
      mysql -u root -p -D lf
      
      NOTE: This command is case-sensitive. It contains a capital D and lowercase LF. Replace it with the database name if you change the name of the database during installation.
       
   3. Type the root password for the database.
   4. Type the following command and press Enter:
      
      SELECT mdr_config_id FROM iv_mdr_config; 
      
      Record the value that's returned.
       
   5. Type the following command and press Enter:
      
      DELETE FROM iv_mdr_config WHERE mdr_config_id = <value>;
      
      NOTE: Replace <value> with the returned value from the previous query.
       
   6. Rerun the following query and make sure that there are no other values returned:
      
      SELECT mdr_config_id FROM iv_mdr_config;
      
      If any other values are returned, repeat Step f to delete them.
       
2. Establish the trust between the Sensor and Manager.
