ProblemWhen you try to establish trust, between the Sensor and Manager, you see the following error:
When you view the Sensor status, you see the following output: System Initialized : no System Health Status : uninitialized Layer 2 Status : normal (IDS/IPS) Installation Status : required IPv6 Status : Dont Parse and Allow Inline Reboot Status : Not Required Last Reboot reason : resetconfig issued from CLI [Signature Status] Present : no Version : [ISM Management Communications] Trust Established : no Alert Channel : down Log Channel : down Last Error : Alert Channel - error in getting ha status CauseThe cause of this issue is importing a configuration from a Manager that's part of an MDR pair into a Manager that's not.
SolutionRemove the MDR configuration from the database configuration, and then establish the trust between the Sensor and Manager:
