You create an ePO user account that has a backslash (\) contained in the username, such as
Domain\UserName. When the authentication type is set to
ePO Authentication, the user isn't able to log on with this account.
When users try to log on using accounts that include a backslash, they're directed to the
Change Password screen. At this screen, they're prompted to enter the following:
- Current password
- New password
- Confirm the New password
When they click
Save, the screen refreshes. The Current, New, and Confirm password fields are blanked out, and the user is prompted to enter the password information again.
