Opening the Systems Details page loads slowly, taking 25 seconds or longer to display. NOTE: To access the page, click any endpoint listed in the ePO System Tree. The page eventually loads without error. It simply takes an excessively long time. System Change
You installed or upgraded to ePO 5.10.0.
Cause
The cause is a missing index on the NOTE: Article KB91418 includes an SQL script to both identify and remediate the excessively duplicated events. But, as the article states, it's critical to upgrade or remove any of the existing impacted McAfee Agent versions from your environment first. Otherwise, the issue can reoccur. Solution
This issue is resolved in ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 Update 5, which is available from the Product Downloads site. NOTE: You need a valid Grant Number to access the update.
