ProblemWhen a scheduled scan starts and the system is active, a Paused message appears.
CauseEndpoint Security is designed to scan on-demand only when the system is idle. If an on-demand scan tries to start and the system is being used, the Paused message appears. The scan begins again when the system has been idle for three minutes.
SolutionNOTE: Technical Support recommends that you disable the Scan only when the system is idle feature only on servers or systems that users access using Remote Desktop Connection (RDP).
To disable the Scan only when the system is idle feature, do the following:
