NOTE: In our previous SNS notification, the scheduled date for maintenance was mentioned as March 25th; however, this activity is now scheduled for March 26th.
As part of an ongoing cloud infrastructure maintenance program, Skyhigh Security will be performing updates on some Email DLP Points of Presence (PoPs).
To ensure continuity of service to our customers, Inline Email DLP traffic will be moved to alternate PoPs during the maintenance window.
Before the scheduled maintenance window, please verify that IP addresses of all Skyhigh Security PoPs are allow-listed in your environment to avoid the potential loss of emails processed on alternate PoPs during maintenance windows.
NOTE: This maintenance activity does NOT impact PoPs located in Sydney or India.
