Recent fixes and enhancements in Skyhigh Cloud have enhanced the verification process applied when a new DLP policy/classification file is received from ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO). In some circumstances, this process can cause the push from ePO to fail. Cause
The failure is generally caused by either of the following:
Solution
Verify that all classifications present in cloud policies are present in ePO. Classifications are identified by an internal ID and not by name. So, identifying the policies that require amending and disabling can be difficult. The ePO Trellix Support can access internal logs to determine the precise cause of failures.
