ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.10.x
Problem
After you upgrade from ePO 5.10 Update 15 or earlier to ePO 5.10 Service Pack 1, if you uninstall ePO, the following services may be left behind:
System Change
You upgraded from ePO 5.10 Update 15 or earlier to ePO 5.10 Service Pack 1, and then uninstalled ePO.
Cause
The uninstall tries to remove services that use an older name.
Solution
This issue will be resolved in a future update of ePO.
Workaround
To resolve the issue, you can manually remove the services using the following instructions:
