Perform the steps below to collect the output of the SQL queries:
- Log on to SQL Server Management Studio.
- Expand Databases.
- Right-click on the ePO core database, and click New Query.
- Paste the script below into the query window, and click Execute.
Query 1:
Select DB_NAME()

- Repeat Steps 1 and 2.
- Right-click the ePO Events database, and click New Query.
- Paste the script below into the query window, and click Execute.
Query 3:
Select DB_NAME()

If the database names from the outputs of queries 1 and 3 don't match, the synonyms from query 2 impact the access of ePOEvents from the ePO core database.
