Application and Change Control (ACC) 8.4.x, 8.3.x
Problem
When trying to upgrade Application Control or any other Trellix product that's ACC-enabled, upgrade failures are observed or denials are reported for Trellix drivers and files.
Cause
This issue is caused by missing certificates in the ACC trust store. These certificates are required to allow the execution of files signed by them.
Solution
To resolve this issue, perform the following steps for ePO-managed installation: Extension Prior to 8.3.6

NOTE: Contact the ACC administrator for the password to recover CLI.
