Solution
All SIEM appliances must be on the same version. If you have an SIEM appliance with an attached DAS, don't upgrade it to version 11.6.2. SIEM appliances without an attached DAS aren't affected by this issue, so it's important to check your entire environment before deciding to upgrade.
If your environment has no SIEM appliances with an attached DAS and you need to upgrade to version 11.6.2, contact Trellix Support for the upgrade files.
