Perform the following steps:
- Log on to SQL Server Management Studio.
- Expand Databases.
- Right-click on ePO core database, and click New Query.
- Paste the script below into the query window, and click Execute.
SELECT TOP (10) [AutoID] ,[ParentID],[ProductCode] FROM [dbo].[AM_CustomProps]
Example output:
Invalid object name 'dbo.AM_CustomProps'.
NOTE: If the above query doesn't return similar results, you don't have the issue addressed by this article. Don't continue.
- Verify whether the Endpoint Security Threat Prevention extension is missing or running.
- If not, check in the Endpoint Security Threat Prevention extension.
- Run the query again to verify that the dbo.AM_CustomProps table is in place.
You can now see that the ePO data is in sync with Trellix Insights.
NOTE: To verify the table, expand the
ePO database, Views and see if you have a view named as
AM_CustomProps.
