Endpoint Detection and Response real-time searches show no results

Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) 4.x, 3.x

When you migrate from Active Response to EDR, and perform EDR real-time searches, you see no results returned.

The ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) Cloud Bridge extension is installed in ePO Extensions. The real-time search results aren't sent to EDR Cloud.

Remove the ePO Cloud Bridge extension from ePolicy Orchestrator Extensions and restart the Data Exchange Layer broker system.
