McAfee Agent (MA) 5.7.6 NOTE: McAfee Agent was rebranded to Trellix Agent in version 5.7.7. Problem
After a clean installation or upgrade to MA 5.7.6, you see the OS Type column in ePolicy Orchestrator display the following: Cause
A product defect prevents the property collection.
Solution
This issue is resolved in Trellix Agent 5.7.7, which is available from either the ePO Software Manager or the Product Downloads site. NOTE: You need a valid Grant Number to access the update. To contact Technical Support, go to the Create a Service Request page and log on to the ServicePortal.
