The version of JRE used by the Database Security web console is configured to explicitly restrict the use of TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1. The web console uses TLS 1.0 to communicate with Insights, so the connection fails. Solution
To allow connections between the Database Security web console and Insights over TLS 1.0, perform the steps below:
