Problem

The issues below are seen after installing TA 5.7.5:

The malware-detected pop-up notification isn't displayed.
An issue is observed on the MOVE AV multi-platform Client.
An issue is seen on Microsoft Windows 64-bit operating systems.

NOTE: Although the notification isn't displayed, the Windows systems are fully protected.

Cause

The MOVE AV Multi-platform McTray plug-in is responsible for pop-up notifications. TA 5.7.x depends on a 32-bit version of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable package. When this package isn't installed on the system, it causes this issue.

TA 5.7.4 and earlier
This version uses an older version of Visual Studio and ships with a 32-bit Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable package. MOVE AV Multi-platform has a dependency on the 32-bit package.
TA 5.7.5 and later
This version is now shipped with a Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 Redistributable package.

Workaround

To install the missing package, perform the following steps:

Download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package.
Install the 32-bit package.
Restart the system.
