We re-released the ENS 10.7.0 November 2021 Update with an updated Platform component to address this issue, and also released EDR 3.5.2 Hotfix 1. Customers experiencing this issue should perform any of the following actions:
- Check in the ENS 10.7.0.1260 November 2021 Enterprise Bundle released on December 16, 2021 and deploy the ENS Platform component to affected systems. The updated ENS Platform version reflects 10.7.0.3199 and can be deployed over existing versions. For more information, see the Endpoint Security 10.7.0 November 2021 Update Release Notes.
- For standalone installations of ENS: Download, extract, and execute the Endpoint Security Standalone Install Version 10.7.0.1260 setup.
NOTE: The modules might all be grayed out if the ENS 10.7.0 November 2021 Update is already installed. The Install button is available when no modules are selected in the GUI if the Platform component can be upgraded.

- Deploy EDR 3.5.2 Hotfix 1 to affected systems. For more information, see the EDR 3.5.2 Hotfix 1 Release Notes.
Customers using EDR 3.5.x with ENS 10.6.1 can either apply the EDR 3.5.2 Hotfix 1 or see the workarounds listed below.
