Agents not managed by any ePO solution need to be manually remediated by uninstalling and reinstalling the Agent. For instructions, see the "Workaround" section below.
If you have many standalone clients to remediate, we have a tool that you can use to make remediating standalone Agents easier. For details, see the ENS Workaround below.
IMPORTANT: This tool is only for
unmanaged, standalone clients who are impacted by this issue. Clients managed by ePO - SaaS don't need the tool. Contact Technical Support for assistance if you've implemented the workaround for standalone Agents, or the specified date for a solution for your managed endpoints has passed, but you're still experiencing problems.
- If you are a registered user, type your User ID and Password, and then click Log In.
- If you are not a registered user, click Register and complete the fields. Your password and instructions are emailed to you.
