To successfully invite a user with an existing ePO - SaaS account, the invite must be populated using the
first and
last names associated with the existing user's ePo - SaaS Email ID.
Contact the user you're trying to invite, and have them validate the first and last names on their existing ePO - SaaS user profile.
To check the first and last names associated with their
ePO - SaaS Email ID:
- Log on to the tenant the user has access to.
- Select the user profile icon, and click My Profile.
- Make a note of the requested first and last names.
- If the user's first and last names are incorrect, update the first and last name values, and then click Save Changes.
- Provide the details to the requester.
