Trace timeline shows error: Error fetching data

Environment

McAfee Active Response (MAR) 2.4.X

Problem

You open the Active Response Threat Workspace and select potential threats.
On the Affected Hosts tab, you select a specific host. You open the Trace tab but see the trace timeline is missing, instead you see the error:

Solution

Technical Support is investigating this issue. If you experience this issue, log on to the ServicePortal and create a Service Request. Include this article number in the Problem Description field.

To contact Technical Support, go to the Create a Service Request page and log on to the ServicePortal.

If you are a registered user, type your User ID and Password, and then click Log In.
If you are not a registered user, click Register and complete the fields to have your password and instructions emailed to you.
