Affected host not showing list of hosts and showing error "Error fetching data"

Environment

McAfee Active Response (MAR) 2.4.X

Problem

You open the Active Response Threat Workspace and select some of the offered Potential Threats.
When you view the Affected Hosts tab, you are see the error:

Error fetching Data.

You can’t see the host information from where this threat is generated

Cause

McAfee has identified this issue as a bug within WorkSpace extension and currently working on a potential fix.

Solution

Technical Support is investigating this issue. If you experience this issue, log on to the ServicePortal and create a Service Request. Include this article number in the Problem Description field.

To contact Technical Support, go to the Create a Service Request page and log on to the ServicePortal.

If you are a registered user, type your User ID and Password, and then click Log In.
If you are not a registered user, click Register and complete the fields to have your password and instructions emailed to you.
