Problem
You see frequent and abrupt shutdowns of the Manager Database. You also see the following error in the database error log file ( NOTE: The error is also visible in the Event log. The server version is mentioned in the same log file: Cause

Upgrade to 10.1.7.39 or later. These versions contain NOTE: Any scheduled maintenance activities that fail before the Manager upgrade are triggered automatically post upgrade, according to the configured option in the Manager.
