How to reset the command-line interface admin account password

Environment

Advanced Threat Defense (ATD)
Trellix Intelligent Sandbox (TIS)

Problem

You've lost your password for the command-line interface (CLI) admin account.

Solution

Reset the password for the CLI admin account from the ATD or TIS web GUI.

Log on to ATD or TIS GUI as admin.
Click Manage, Security, Advanced Security Settings.
Locate the Password Control section.
Click the link Click here to reset CLI user password
Click OK.

NOTE: The default password is atdadmin.
