IMPORTANT: Before you begin the process explained in this article, you must back up your ePO server. See the following KB articles for more information:
Step 1 - Export the view and run the query provided below:
- Log on to SQL Server Management Studio.
- Right-click the ePO database, and select New Query.
- Paste the script below into the query window, and click Execute:

Step 2 - Find the system where this property is sent from.
To obtain the details, you have to run the following SQL queries:
select * from EPOComputerPropertiesMT where Parentid in (select Parentid FROM EPOExtendedComputerPropsVw Where ColumnName = 'ma.service.policy')
select * from EPOExtendedComputerProps where ColumnID = (Select ColumnID from EPOComputerPropsColumns where ColumnName = ma.service.policy')
- Then, take one of the following actions:
- If the results display a system name:
Either research why that system is sending that parameter or delete the system from the System Tree to remove the property. Redeploy the ePO agent.
- If the results return a blank screen:
Run the delete query below to remove the column from the table:
Delete from EPOComputerPropsColumns where ColumnName = 'ma.service.policy'
