Summary
You're logged out after 10 minutes from the EDR User Interface (UI).
Cause
The EDR UI uses cookies to keep a user logged into the current session. If the Chrome browser is configured to block third-party cookies, EDR doesn't keep the user logged into the current session and the session closes after 10 minutes. Example 1: If the user has the Chrome browser configured to block third-party cookies, it's expected for this user to be logged out of the current session after 10 minutes. Example 2: The issue is only observed when Chrome is in Incognito Mode. By default, the Chrome browser is configured to block third-party cookies when it's in Incognito Mode. So, switching to Incognito Mode triggers this issue. Workaround
