Problem
You add Multiple Email Recipients under Manager tab, Setup, Notification, IPS Events, The alerts are generated in the Attack Log page, but they're not forwarded to the configured Email Recipients. Solution
If any of the defined email recipients isn't active, the Manager doesn't send the email notification. This behavior is as designed.
