High availability status shows as Offline in the ERC properties, Receiver Information page

One of the ERCs in a high-availability pair shows the high availability Status as offline.

If the Primary ERC isn't working, the Receiver in high availability is affected and an automatic failover can't be performed.

The high availability configuration might have been altered after a patch update or Receiver upgrade.

To resolve this issue, perform the steps below:

Log on to the ESM GUI.
Select the Receiver properties page of the respective Receiver in high availability.
Select the High Availability section and click Return to Service.
Select the respective Receiver that needs to be returned to service.
When the activity is completed, a dialog box pops up saying The device has been brought online successfully.
Navigate back to the Receiver properties, Receiver Information page and verify if the High Availability Status shows as Online for both the Receivers in the high-availability pair.
