ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.10.0 Update 5 and later
Problem
You're unable to access the Security Resources page from the ePO console. When you try to access the page, the following error is displayed: The feeds are inaccessible, possibly due to firewall rules. Please correct the issue if possible and refresh this page The problem is seen in an environment where ePO is configured to use a Proxy (Server Settings, Proxy Settings). Cause
The SolutionTechnical Support is investigating this issue. As a temporary measure, implement the following workaround.
Workaround
Disable the user authentication requirement in your web gateway, proxy, or similar network device.
