Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) 4.x Solaris Problem
You enable network monitoring for a DAM sensor running on Solaris. When the sensor starts, you see the following message in the Database Security console:
Cause
This issue is a known limitation of the packet capture driver Solaris doesn't allow any packet capture tool to monitor a loopback device. This error message is expected and can be ignored. Solution
We're investigating a method to suppress these messages in the Database Security console.
