You upgrade to ePO 5.10 Update 9 while running the Active Response 2.4.3.357 or earlier extension. When you access any of the Active Response links in ePO, you see the following error: Cause

IMPORTANT: There are no plans to fix this issue in version 2.3.x. Workaround
You can roll back the update through the updater tool. The rollback returns you to the previous update. Steps to roll back are in the Update Release Notes.
