ePO Support Center Extension 5.10.0.398

Problem

You're unable to upgrade the ePO Support Center Extension from 5.10.0.398 to 5.10.0.426.

The Orion.log file records the following errors:

Command Failed:
The following error occurred while executing this line: C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\ePolicy Orchestrator\Server\extensions\installed\SupportCenter\5.10.0.426\install.xml:114: com.mcafee.orion.core.cmd.CommandException: The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_EPO_SC_SupportLp_LpGroupId".
The conflict occurred in database "ePO_McAfee_Siu", table "dbo.EPO_SC_SupportLp", column 'LpGroupId'..

Cause

The ePO database has two entries in the EPO_SC_SupportLp table. Both the ePO entries have the incorrect Value LastModifiedDate = "Null".

Solution 1

We investigated this issue and a Proof of Concept (POC) Build is currently available to resolve the issue. To obtain the POC Build, log on to the ServicePortal and create a Service Request. Include this article number in the Problem Description field.
