Hardware appliance replacements for M-3050 and M-4050 sensors now receive an NS-7150 and NS-7250 appliance respectively.
End of Sale and End of Life (EOL) dates for the M-3050 and M-4050 Sensors were announced on October 17, 2016. EOL is effective December 31, 2021.
We're offering an upgraded RMA to the NS7x50 series platform at no customer cost.
Because of no stock of the legacy models to support RMAs, we're offering a similar or better replacement option to the NS-7x50 sensor appliances. In addition to the sensor appliances, we're also replacing supported accessories that work with your new sensor appliance, as applicable.

NOTE: RMA is processed only for customers with active entitlements and valid grant numbers. Shipment times might vary based on your HW entitlement type.
What information must be provided to Technical Support as part of the RMA request?
Customers are requested to provide the following information:
- High availability Mode (Yes/No)
- Failover mode
- Number of ports in use (Copper/Fiber)
- Deployment mode
- Fail Open Kits in use(Active/Passive) (Single Mode or Multi Mode)
- Additional information about SFPs/SFP+ and cables in use
