Administrators can permit users to bypass a policy to allow them to access or transfer sensitive information for a limited time. To bypass an SCP policy, generate an individual release key for the user who needs to temporarily bypass an SCP policy. The policy is suspended for the requested amount of time.

When the users reboot, the bypass doesn't persist, ignoring the time set for active bypass. A new key needs to be generated for bypass again.
