CLS 7.0.2 will reach End of Life (EOL) by June 2023.

Standard Scan Engine EOL Policy:
Scan Engines and their associated
CLSs begin their EOL process after a new Scan Engine version is released. Upon release of the new Scan Engine version, the previous Scan Engine is supported for another six months. At the end of the six months, you can't receive any further support on the previous version.
NOTE: If you have concerns or questions about the 6500 Scan Engine EOL, contact Technical Support. You can request to have your concerns sent to the Product Manager.
- If you are a registered user, type your User ID and Password, and then click Log In.
- If you are not a registered user, click Register and complete the fields to have your password and instructions emailed to you.
EOL information
- EOL period—The time frame that runs from the day we announce product discontinuation, until the last date that we formally support the product. In general, after the EOL period is announced, no enhancements are made.
- EOL date—The last day that the product is supported, according to the terms of our standard support offering.
