SIEM Enterprise Security Manager (ESM) 11.x
ProblemYou use the HTML user interface and load a dashboard and refresh the screen before it finishes loading. This action results in the dashboard query running multiple copies. Running multiple copies slows ESM performance until the queries complete.
These multiple queries are observed in the Task Manager view from the ESM manager. This behavior isn't observed in the Adobe Flash interface. Solution
We intended for the dashboard queries to persist unless they're explicitly canceled; so, this behavior is expected. Don't refresh HTML dashboards using the browser Refresh button. Select Refresh and Cancel from the drop-down in the SIEM manager. Affected ProductsLanguages:This article is available in the following languages: |
