IMPORTANT: This article covers the plug-in version of Light Point. The clientless version of the product is platform agnostic. It supports any browser and browser version.

IMPORTANT: Light Point is supported on Firefox. But, you can't install Light Point directly on Firefox 73 and later.
You must install Light Point on Firefox 72 or earlier, and then upgrade to Firefox 73 or later.

Needed networking connections:
Make sure that the following connections are allowed in the network.
Connection 1: Outbound TCP Port 52000 and 443; destination: lightpointweb.com Connection 2: Outbound TCP Port 4009–4033 and 443. This connection has an unpredictable destination. But, there are a few traits that you can possibly use to allow the connection if needed.
Trait 1: Destination has a DNS name that matches *lpw.lightpointweb.com
Trait 2: The server-side SSL certificate has a common name of LPS_NXSERVE
