McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.10. x5.9.x

问题

客户端代理无法将事件上传到 ePO 服务器。

数据通道请求失败。所有数据通道通信均被拒绝。

使用数据通道的以下托管产品和功能会受到影响：

Drive Encryption (DE)
File and Removable Media Protection (FRP)
唤醒呼叫或 "立即运行客户端任务" 任务

The masvc_.log file on the client records the following error:

masvc(4248.4604) ahclient.Info: Network library rc = <1008>, Agent handler reports response code <503>.
masvc(4248.4604) ahclient.Info: Agent handler reports server busy. response code 503.
masvc(4248.4604) ahclient.Info: Spipe connection response received, network return code = 1008, response code 503.
masvc(4248.4604) DataChannel.Manager.Error: Failed to upload DataChannel items - Network<1008>, HTTP Response<503>
masvc(4248.4604) DataChannel.Manager.Error: Failed to upload package to ePO Server

The server_.log file on the server records the following error:

原因

此问题仅在dcRedirect文件丢失情况下才会出现。该文件位于以下 ePO 安装文件夹中：

\ePolicy Orchestrator\Server\conf\Catalina\localhost

解决方案

您可以从备份还原文件，也可以使用以下详细信息重新创建新文件：

使用文本编辑器，添加以下内容：

privileged="true" antiResourceLocking="false" antiJARLocking="false">
将文件另存为dcRedirect.xml。
注意：默认位置为\ePolicy Orchestrator\Server\conf\Catalina\localhost。

Log on to the ePO console.
单击菜单、配置和 已注册的服务器。
选择 ePO 服务器，然后单击操作,编辑。
更新 ePO 服务器 SQL 数据库详细信息。
单击测试连接，并确保连接成功完成。
