Tag criteria filters disappear from the Tag Catalog after upgrading to ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10 Updates 4–6

Environment

ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.10 Updates 4–6

Problem

After you upgrade to ePO 5.10 Update 4, 5, or 6, you see the following in the "Tags Catalog" section:

When you define Tag Criteria Properties, you see only the Computer Properties.
All other expected filters are missing.

You see this issue when you create or edit tags that are flagged in red against Agent properties.

System Change

You upgraded to ePO 5.10 Update 4, 5, or 6.

Solution 1

This issue is resolved in ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 Update 7, which is available from the Product Downloads site.

We investigated this issue and a Proof of Concept (POC) Build is currently available to resolve the issue. To obtain the POC Build, log on to the ServicePortal and create a Service Request. Include this article number in the Problem Description field.
