Uninstallation fails in the following situation:
Cause
An issue in the installation process prevents the install scripts from properly handling some required file operations. This issue leads to a corrupt cleanup.
Solution
This issue is resolved in ACC 6.4.1. Our product software, upgrades, maintenance releases, and documentation are available on the Product Downloads site.
