Management for Optimized Virtual Environments (MOVE) MOVE Antivirus Multi-Platform (MOVE AV Multi-Platform) 4.x Problem
An issue can occur when you run a user-defined ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) query for MOVE AV Multi-Platform. The below error occurs within the ePO console when you run a user-defined report: The Orion log records an error similar to the following: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: com.mcafee.orion.core.template.db.exception.ExecuteTransactionException: Invalid column name 'OSServicePackVer'. at java.util.concurrent.FutureTask.report(FutureTask.java:122) System Change
The ePO server has been upgraded.
Cause
All queries and reports are migrated from the old ePO version to the new ePO version during an ePO upgrade. This migration includes any customized or user-defined queries and reports for MOVE AV Multi-Platform. They're converted or made compatible with changes that the upgrade introduces to ePO. The migration itself is an automated process. Some of the customized queries might not migrate successfully and result in the errors that are recorded.
