The Application was unable to start correctly 0xc0000018 (UpdaterUI.exe Terminates when you log on to Citrix XenApp Server)

McAfee Agent (MA) 5.6.1, 5.6.0

When you log on via Remote Desktop to a XenApp Citrix Server, you can sometimes get the following error message:

UpdaterUI.exe
The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000018). Click OK to close the application

UpdaterUI.exe failed to run on some systems, when the memory address needed by McAfee Agent (libeay32.dll), was used by other programs.

The issue documented in this article is resolved by McAfee Agent 5.6.2 and later, which is available from the Product Downloads site.
