When the installed version of Database Security Sensor on the database management system is different from the Server version or extensions for the ePolicy Orchestrator-based version, it results in unexpected behavior. You might see one or more of the following:
Solution
You must use identical Database Security Sensor and Server versions. You must also use the matching extensions on clients.
