ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.10.0 (with or without Updates 1–3 installed)
Problem
The ePO Event Parser service becomes unresponsive intermittently, with varying frequency. Events stop being processed from the ePO Server Events folder. The Windows Event log records errors similar to the following: The
System Change
You installed or upgraded to ePO 5.10.0.
Cause
An improper shutdown of the SSL subsystem is used to connect from the Event Parser service to the Solution
This issue is resolved in ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 Update 4, which is available from the Product Downloads site. NOTE: You need a valid Grant Number to access the update.
