Management of Native Encryption (MNE) 5.0.0 and later
Problem
New users are unable to log on through the MNE 5.x System Change
The problem occurs after the ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) administrator has transferred the client system between ePO servers.
CauseMNE 5.0 can grant new users access to a system protected by the MNE 5.x
The behavior is not supported after transferring such a system between ePO servers. So, access to that system is limited to those users who've previously accessed it through Solution
After the system has been transferred to the new ePO server, Take the following actions:
