Problem
You're unable to access the Security Resources page from the ePO console. Accessing the page results in the following error being displayed: The feeds are inaccessible, possibly due to firewall rules. Please correct the issue if possible and refresh this page. The problem is seen in an environment where ePO is configured to use a Proxy (Server Settings, Proxy Settings). Cause
The NOTE: The Solution
This issue is resolved in ePO 5.10 Update 4. Issue resolutions in updates and major releases are cumulative; Technical Support recommends that you install the latest version. To find the most recent release for your product, go to the Product Downloads site.
