If this issue persists when using Internet Explorer 11, and after you apply ePO 5.10.0 cumulative update 3 or later. Make sure that the ePO URL is
not accessed using
Internet Explorer Compatibility View.
IMPORTANT: Compatibility View is
not supported because Internet Explorer emulates unsupported versions of the browser. This fact is related to a setting that is by default enabled in Internet Explorer 11. The setting is located under
Compatibility View Settings, Display intranet sites in Compatibility View.
To restore the Server Task Log Columns:
- Remove the ePO URL from compatibility view settings and completely disable Internet Explorer compatibility mode:
- Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner of Internet Explorer or press CTRL+X.
- From the drop-down list, select Compatibility View Settings.
- Deselect these options:
- Display all web sites in Compatibility View.
- Display intranet sites in Compatibility View.
- Click Close.
- Close your browser for the changes to take effect.
- Reset the server task log columns to default values. This action is needed because the Column preferences and sizes are stored in the ePO database.
- Open Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. Type the logon and password information for the account specified and click Connect.
- Expand Databases.
- Right-click the ePO database, where the default name is ePO_, and select New Query.
- To reset the Column sizes, paste the following SQL statement into the query window:
DELETE FROM OrionTableDisplayPreferencesMT WHERE TableID='/scheduler.taskLogTable'
This issue is resolved in
ePO 5.10.0 Update 6,
which is available from the
Product Downloads site.
