Logon Collector 3.0.9
Summary
On June 30, 2018, all Logon Collector install packages were removed. If you already have an existing Logon Collector installation, or downloaded an install package before the removal, this change will have no impact on you. If you previously downloaded a legacy installation package for Logon Collector that contains a JRE, we recommend that you retain it so you can use it to reinstall Logon Collector, if the need arises in the future.
Problem
When you download and try to install Logon Collector, you're asked to specify the JRE location. You don't have JRE installed or aren't sure of the location of the executables. There's no Skip button and the Next button is grayed out. As a result, you can't move past this step of the installation, and you must click Cancel.
Cause
Logon Collector doesn't work without JRE, so you must provide the location of JRE to continue with the installation. NOTE: If you try to install the reposted Logon Collector package using an unsupported JRE package, the Logon Collector installer prevents the installation from completing. The supported packages are listed in the table in the "Related Information" section of this article. Solution
