Application and Change Control (ACC) 8.2.0, 8.1.x Microsoft Windows (all x86 versions) Problem
System processes fail to start when you upgrade from ACC 8.1.x to ACC 8.2.0. NOTE: This issue occurs on all Microsoft Windows x86 versions. Cause
The cause of this issue is that Memory Protection - Critical Address Space Protection (MP-CASP) is enabled during the upgrade process.
Solution
This issue has been corrected in ACC 8.2.1.143 (update 3). ACC 8.1.x clients must be upgraded to ACC 8.2.1.143.
Workaround
Disable MP-CASP before you upgrade to the latest version of ACC. Managed systems:
