We recommend that you don't reprovision your IS/ATD appliance even after you perform an IS/ATD software upgrade.
If you've already reprovisioned the IS/ATD appliance, perform the steps below:
- Allow 10 minutes for the DXL channel to come back up.
- Monitor the channel. If the channel doesn't come back up, perform the steps below:
- Open the ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) Manager.
- Open the System Tree, and in the listed Systems, delete the IS/ATD appliance.
- Reprovision the IS/ATD appliance.
NOTE: If IS/ATD is in standalone mode, you can use either of the following two methods to reprovision.
But if IS/ATD is part of a cluster, use the CLI command. If you use the Manager to perform the reprovisioning, it's triggered on all cluster nodes.
- From the IS/ATD manager:
- Open the IS/ATD ePO Configuration page.
- Locate the ePO setting.
- Click Disable and then click Enable.
This action triggers the reprovisioning of IS/ATD with the ePO server. The DXL channel then comes back up.
- From the IS/ATD appliance command line:
- Open an IS/ATD command-line session.
- If you're using Intelligent Sandbox 5.x, type reprovisionTIS and press Enter.
Else, if you're using ATD 4.x, type reprovisionATD and press Enter.
