Endpoint Security assigned policies aren't enforced
Technical Articles ID:
KB90220
Last Modified: 2022-01-07 22:25:55 Etc/GMT Environment
Endpoint Security (ENS) 10.x
Problem
The ENS policies that are assigned to a set of systems in ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) at System Tree, Assigned Policies, don't get applied to the endpoints. But, other managed product properties get applied without any issue.
Cause
There are ENS policies assigned based on the system tags in ePO at Menu, Policy, Policy Assignment Rules, that take precedence.
Solution
Either remove the tag from the system or delete the Policy Assignment Rule, so that policies from the ePO System Tree get assigned.
